These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the website at aquaom.co.in (the "Site"), operated by Aqua Om, a partnership firm based in Surat, Gujarat, India ("Aqua Om", "we", "us"). By using the Site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
1. About the Site
The Site is an informational and promotional website for our shrimp trading business. It describes the products we trade (including Vannamei and Black Tiger shrimp), our team and our offices, and lets you send us an enquiry. It is not an online store; no orders, payments or contracts are concluded through the Site.
2. Product information & availability
Counts, sizes, grades, availability and pricing vary with daily harvests and are provided for general information only. Nothing on the Site is a binding offer. Any supply is subject to a separate agreement confirmed directly with us.
3. Intellectual property
All content on the Site — including the "Aqua Om" name, the "A" logo and wordmark, text, photographs, video, graphics, layout, design and code — is owned by or licensed to Aqua Om and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, republish, download, scrape, mirror, distribute or create derivative works from any part of the Site without our prior written permission. Unauthorised use of our brand, images or content may result in legal action.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Site — including attempting to gain unauthorised access, interfering with its operation, scraping or harvesting data by automated means, or using it for any unlawful purpose.
5. Third-party links & services
The Site may link to or embed third-party services (for example WhatsApp for enquiries and Google Maps for our office location). We are not responsible for the content, policies or availability of those third-party services.
6. No warranty
The Site is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of harmful components, or that the information on it is complete or current.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aqua Om will not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising out of your use of, or inability to use, the Site.
8. Governing law & jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Surat, Gujarat, shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from the Site or these terms.
9. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
